TERMS OF SPRINTER SERVICE (Service Terms)

THESE TERMS OF SPRINTER SERVICE (“Service Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION governing your use of the services (“Services”) offered by TRANSPORT RESERVATION.


Please review these Service Terms fully before you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. These additional terms include (without limitation) the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you are directed to discontinue using the Services. MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Service Terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. These Service Terms were last updated on June 19, 2023.


PRICING POLICY
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events

RATE ESTIMATE
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for gratuity, waiting time, and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office (813) 655-8760 before proceeding on your way.


GRATUITY
When traveling in a Luxury Sprinter, your driver is a crucial component of your overall experience. It is customary to provide a gratuity or tip to the driver as a gesture of appreciation for their service.


WAITING TIME
Waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15-minute increments. Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late at a pick-up. Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on a round-trip. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights or luggage delivery for pick-ups at the airport.


CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
A fee may be charged to your credit card for any trip not canceled within the allotted time. To avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations are accepted by email info@mdluxurytransport.com and by phone at (813) 655-8760.


CANCELLATION:
To avoid a late cancellation or “no show” fee, the reservation must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation. You must notify us of cancellation via email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails or faxes, trips considered canceled after the client receives cancellation email, please verify your cancellation over the phone if no cancellation confirmation is received by you. A full charge will be applied to your account in case of late cancellation or “no show”. Unless stated otherwise in your email confirmation, cancellations made less than the following minimum time prior to the service date will be subject to full reservation price: for weekends (Friday-Sunday) 24 hours, for Holidays, Weddings, and Events – 72 hours. All other days and for Airport Transfers – 24 hours. Airport transfer changes must be completed over the phone at least 4 hours in advance. If you experience difficulty locating the chauffeur, please call the Customer Service telephone number listed on the email confirmation. Failure to call and leave the pick-up location without notifying will result in a “no-show” charge equal to full amount.

NO SHOWS:

If MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION service may result in a no-show charge.

  • CHANGE POLICY

MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION service requires that all changes be received by phone, email, or through our website at least 3 hours prior to pick-up. Any change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full or partial charge to the customer.

  • AFFILIATE SERVICE POLICY

MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.

  • VEHICLE IMAGES

Vehicle Images presented on the MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION Websites may differ from the actual vehicle.

  • LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate the property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you may call our office at (813) 655-8760 for our customer service department.  




  • PET POLICY

All animals must be leashed or in a carrier when traveling in a MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION affiliated vehicle.

We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify a reservationist in advance so that MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION can accommodate you. If you fail to notify a reservationist that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet. 

  • DAMAGES

The Party is fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle or injuries caused to Passengers or other third persons caused by any Passenger willfully or accidentally or any baggage, parcels or other property brought on board or transported on the vehicle by any Passenger. Client holds MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. In case of misconduct by your party, the chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refund. Client agrees that the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. The cost of repairing damage to vehicles resulting from acts of any Passenger will be charged to the account.

  • CREDIT CARD POLICY

When paying by credit card, you must supply the credit card number in advance for pre-approval. This is only for pre-approval purposes and does not constitute payment for the trip. Upon reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold equivalent to 50% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to secure the anticipated total including gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This hold is released when payment is processed approximately 3-5 business days after the trip.

The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All signatures and information must match before the card is accepted as payment.

The credit card must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. During the trip, passengers may not leave the vehicle for any purpose, without first signing the uncompleted credit card slip. Should the passenger fail to return to the vehicle, the full fare will be charged to the card.

  • CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Credit cards are processed on the day of the trip. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing. All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION and our customers’ maximum security, and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe. We pledge to continually adopt new security technology as it becomes available. If you have any questions about your privacy or the security of our website, please contact us.   • VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS

MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online use.  MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION shall not assume responsibility or liability in connection with the use of online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online transactions. MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION shall have no obligation to honor transactions made with such cards.

  • RATES AND BILLING

All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect the actual parking fees, additional stops and waiting time.

AGREEMENT

Smoking is not allowed. A $400 fee will be added to your trip for smoking. Client assures that no illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicle(s). Our Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become, objectionable to other persons. Passengers shall not interfere with the operator in the discharge of his duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the motor vehicle.  We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions, heavy traffic or other uncomfortable circumstances resulting in the inability to start or complete a job as it is scheduled. This is initial confirmation and does not include overtime charges incurred during the performance of hourly trips, stops made during point-to-point trips or airport transfers. Overtime charges equal to a full hour will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on confirmation. Travel time charges will be added to all services performed outside the Metropolitan Area.

 This is how it works:

  1. Fill out the booking form on our homepage with the details of your ride with just a few clicks. Enter the desired pickup location and destination/desired number of hours.
    2. During the booking process you will immediately receive a binding quote for the requested transfer or hourly booking.
    3. During your first booking with MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION, you will be asked to provide your contact details and preferred payment method.
    4. Immediately after your booking request, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. As soon as your ride has been successfully dispatched, you will receive a binding booking confirmation. Once your chauffeur departs to meet you, another confirmation will be sent containing the name and phone number of the chauffeur in case you wish to contact him/her.
    5. Your chauffeur will pick you up at the desired time and place. You will be informed once the chauffeur arrives at the pickup location.
    6. Comfortably, safely, and quickly your chauffeur will take you to the desired destination.

The Site is intended to be a safe environment for anyone who accesses and uses the Site or our services. THIS POLICY IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MARIE DEVAUGHN LUXURY TRANSPORTATION governing your use of this Site, and our privacy practices with respect to the Site. Please review this Policy fully before you continue to use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Policy. You will also be subject to any additional terms posted with respect to individual sections of the Site, which also govern your use of the Site.
